We do this every new year, quarter, month... Make promises. Set intentions. Tell ourselves this is when everything changes. 

But what if we've been thinking about it all wrong?

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Not January Ist. Not some perfect Monday when you finally have it all together. Today, this moment, right here. So I'm learning to hold this differently: every day is another chance to begin again.
