Frequently asked questions
When will my first mail club mail arrive?
If you subscribe by 15th, you'll get that month's print. After that, your first print will be next month's edition. Prints ship on the 25th of each month.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Mail club and stationery goods are sent via snail mail with no tracking number. It might take a bit longer to reach you if you're outside North America, but it'll get there.
When will I get my order?
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days once an order is placed, except for posters which shipping estimation is stated on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, please allow time for it to arrive.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our smaller paper goods are made in-house, by yours truly, Christiana. Posters are printed at our print on demand partner printers around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Mail Club's mails are sent through snail mail and shipping is included. For the other goods, shipping is free for orders over $20 USD. Otherwise, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
